Traditonal arabic bold not working

Question

I have problem my traditional arabic bold font not appear in drop down box in Microsoft office.
Its only appear traditional arabic regular even I already traditonal arabic bold.
For your info this is happened after window upgraded to new version. Before this no problem.

Please tell me the version of your Office.
Open an Office application, go to File>Account>Product Information>About…

<< Do you mean this issue occurs with specific Office application or all?
If it just in Word, you could try to open %userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates in the file browser and rename Normal.dotm.

<< How do you upgrade your Windows? Did you upgrade it from an older version such as Windows 7? Or did you mean you update Windows 10 from an older version build?
If the former, in my opinion, it may be related to the compatibility between older versions of Windows and the font.
You may refer to “Some fonts are missing after upgrade”.

If the latter, please reinstall this font to check this issue.
You could also install the font on other computers with the same version number of Windows as yours to check this issue.
