Visual Studio 2022 crash after startup

Good afternoon.

After starting visual studio 2022 closes immediately. After examining the dmp file it writes the following: "CLR.Exception.System.IO.FileNotFoundException._message" "System.Runtime, Version=4.2.2.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a". Where can I find or install it. Or how i can fix that? Attached log dmp file.

Hello, does your VS2022 work before? You can open the Visual Studio Installer and update or repair the VS2022. If you have any anti-virus software or privilege management software, please temporarily disable them. Then, run VS as administrator. If it persists, please share us detailed error message to investigate it further.

Yes, it worked before. I tried to fix via Visual Studio Installer, but I'm going into an infinite wait for Visual Studio Installer update at 90%.

You can manually remove the Visual Studio Installer folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer. Then, re-download the bootstrapper file from the following Microsoft Site and run it as administrator.

After this, update or repair the VS2022.

I tried to fix it by downloading a new Visual Studio installer. But now it just closes after initializing.
The decompression_log has the following messages:

Do you recall if you deleted any system files or changed any registry key before? Please check for your Windows Updates and apply all pending or recommended patches.

Please have a try with the following steps: open Windows Settings ( Windows + I ) > Go to Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Update > Run the troubleshooter, which attempts to identify any problems with your computer。

You can also try to run “sfc /scannow” at the command prompt to repair missing or corrupted system files.

Do you recall if you deleted the download cache folder or the ‘_Instances’ file?

The ‘_Instances’ is under your download cache folder, the default path is C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\VisualStudio\Packages\_Instances.

No third-party, just standard windows.

OK, Visual Studio Installer started via vs_installershell.exe. If I try to update or repair the installed Visual Studio, everything stops at 90%.

Hi.
In %windir%\Microsoft.NET\assembly. I have 3 folders GAC_MSIL, GAC_64, GAC_32. Only in GAC_MSIL I have System.Runtime with a single folder v4.0_4.0.0.0.
