Hyperlinks in Email Templates in Dynamics 365 for Sales

I am trying to create email templates in Dynamics 365 Sales that contain hyperlinks to URLs. I have done this in the past by creating a Word document with my email content, including the hyperlinks. I then copied by content from the Word document into the email template screen, but then my hyperlinks no longer work.

Is there a step that I am missing? This has worked in the past. Did something change recently?

    Hi @Kolb,Laure ,

This issue isn’t related to SQL server, you added SQL server tag for this issue, but I search this from Google.

Quote this MS document Create templates for email,

    >To include a hyperlink in an email template, type the URL including the http://, for example, http://contoso.com. Do not include a period or comma or a space after the URL or the link will break. Select the link text and select Make this a Hyperlink.

If it is not work. Your issue is related to Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on).

I suggest you ask the experts in the Dynamics 365 forum over here:
    https://community.dynamics.com/f

    Best regards,
    Cathy
