Hye I'm facing the following error when I click on claim the Voucher for Azure 900 Fundamental and Schedule the exam. Please help me. I attempted the exam but i didnt clear the exam, it is not showing the exam status could anyone please help on this issue.

I have attempted exam 6 months back, for that exam i didnt get exam results in the portal. could you please check on this issue.
did you go to your ms learn profile and see the transcript section? you should definitely see all the exams you have attempted there

It is not updated in the transcript. Could you please check i have attached evidence also.
Did you complete your exam? how many minutes you spent, and did you disconnect only after it got completed? also check your spam folder, you should have received a mail. If nothing worked, you would have got the payment invoice (you should have it for sure if you attempted exam), get those details and check with exam support to see why there are no results/ack received post the test.
