I have a Hybrid Windows machine in Azure Arc and I have been turning it off and on to generate Resource Health events.
I also configured a Resource Health Alert (by default including all options) but I am not receiving any email. In the Azure Monitor I can see there is no alert triggered.
I don´t know what is the issue. I want to receive an email every time there is a change in the Health of the Resource.

That is what I did but it is not working. The alert is not triggered so the email is not sent.
I did that but it is not working. I can see the Resource Health events but alerts are not triggered.
