Hello,

I've been working with Microsoft Orchestrator 2019 first and noticed after maybe 2 months after the SharePoint IP for online 39135-orchestrator-2016.pnghas broke.
The reason I'm saying that is because I get a 401 error message, like unauthorized. I confirmed my test email 365 account I'm using
is not MFA enrolled, redid the password a dozen times, still get this message.

I even uninstalled and reinstalled the connector, same problem. I tried running Microsoft updates for Orchestrator, didn't help,
created another VM and went to 2016 trial to see if changing the version of Orchestrator would help, but it didn't.
I'm on the phone with CDW to see if they know what broke on SharePoint side. This was working about 2-3 months back.

Again I double checked the password for the test account, but same issue.

    Found this similar thread where this error occurred due to Kerberos:

    Orchestrator runbook error for SharePoint The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.Exception: WebException Target site: HttpWebRequest.GetResponse

    Can you check if it could be the case for you?

    That still didn't work at all.
