Submission for Microsoft Store taking more than 3 days for certification process

I have submitted my application on Microsoft Partner Center on 22/02/2024 and we got certification failure 2 times and we resubmitted after resolving the error on 23/02/2024. But after 3 days also, Our Application has not passed certification till now and we have not received any further information regarding the same. Please into the same and update with the information.

When you finish creating your app's submission and click Submit to the Store, the submission enters the certification step. This process usually is completed within a few hours, though in some cases it may take up to three business days.

According to the document, this process will be completed within 3 business days.

If there is no result for more than 72 hours, please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us tab, find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose SUBMIT AN INCIDENT. You could talk to the store team directly and confirm this behavior.

me also dealing with same issues. several submissions not passed certification due to not application issues. always something nothing to do with app technical. Now, put the application updates on-hold and no future new updates certification submissions until no idea what's going on with the no idea with no idea what's what's. always give me a certification failure reason drive me crazy not app related. Took one month to implement new features and certification submission denied multiple time not application related.
