Teams Calls Transfer option not available

Good morning, at the moment we continue to face problems with many Teams functions, such as transferring calls, calls hanging up and the application disconnecting out of nowhere. My question is when can we expect these bugs to be fixed? I know that by March 31, 2024 they will make the migration to the new teams for everyone equally, but what happens if the problems continue after that update? Currently we are using the classic Teams but when there are many clients and people using the application, rolling over is not so easy.

    Microsoft is aware of these issues and is working hard to fix them. Meanwhile, to solve this issue more quickly, we recommend you give the feedback in Teams UserVoice. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.

    Hi,

    We have the same problems here!!

    If you call microsoft all they say is clear the cache or use the old teams.

    Transfering calls gives problem in the new client and the old client!!

    Telephone exist since 1876 you would expect that this is a basic feature:)

    Then the update on the end of march.....

    We got 20 mails saying with the date but when we call support they tell us this date will be moved dont worry??

    Maybe it should be better that we get a mail with a date when basic calling and transfering will be fixed.

    Maybe its a good idea to ask Copilot how to fix it since this is where all the focus is on now.
