The Microsoft Evaluation Center has trial software and labs. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/my-virtual-labs

Also, if you want to build your own lab, I would recommend checking out the Azure repositories in Github for samples of different solutions. https://github.com/Azure-Samples
