adding a contact or speed dial from my call history in Microsoft teams

Hi, I'm using the Classic Teams and I can go to history of a call made to me and click on 3 dots and add the number to my contact or Speed dial list. however we have some users who use the new Teams and when they try and add from the history they get Cannot Add contact! and all you can do is discard. Anyone seen solution for this? On New Teams, You can add contacts if you just do add contact and add the name, number and so on, but we also found another couple of issues there where you add the number and the name in the contacts but they don't appear on your mobile teams! and also when the contact you have added calls you you get Unknown number. One more I think they all related to new Teams, when someone calls you and they are already in your contact list they appear as just a number in the history and not by the name you have given them! Hope someone has a solution, once again all the issues I mentioned are related to new Teams and trhe classic one works fine. Thanks in advance.

    Hi @Souren Dadaian

    In New Teams, you can still add contacts to the call history;

    If the caller ID still shows an unknown number after you add a contact, please try clearing the Teams cache and logging in again.
