Azure OpenAI Service - Not enabled for Visual Studio Subscription

I have Visual Studio Subscription. I want to explore and learn Azue OpenAI service for my own understanding and also have some use cases that I would like to explore with Azure OpenAI Service. But at the moment the service is not available for the said subscription. Please help.
