How to get my certification Badge or certificate for the courses AZ-900 and SC-900, which I have completed 6 months ago.

I have passed my AZ-900 and SC-900 certification through Pearson view six months ago. I haven't received any email with badge or certificate. Also I couldn't find in in the profile as well. Kindly suggest how to get the badge. Regards Vasanthi
