Issue with Receiving Messages in Production Environment

I received this email from Twilio. When I send a message directly to Twilio's API, it gets received, but when we send a message in production, it doesn't get received. I think it's because they've blocked it due to pinning certificates. I checked my services and didn't find any certificates. Can you please help me resolve this issue? It would be better if you could do it for me.

Hi azure_acct_6f95ef82e91dd48c8d275f86e850e957cecaa0c1, We highly discourage customers from pinning certificates as it can expose them to potential security risks and may cause downtimes for their services. We cannot guarantee that customers with pinned certificates will not experience issues. It's important to clarify that only the US1 regional endpoints are affected. The IE1 endpoints are not affected by this change. If you are using Twilio's API following our recommended approach, no action is required from your side. Your services will continue to work with the updated certificates and serial numbers as expected. Please note that only customers actively pinning certificates could potentially experience issues. If you encounter connection problems with your services after December 11, 2023, we strongly encourage you to stop pinning certificates. By doing so, you eliminate the security risks associated with pinning and ensure the smooth operation of your services.
