Azure VM - Linux (ubuntu 18.04) can't backup

**Required Action(s)**Ensure VM's Storage account is accessible for this VM. If not, whitelist storage URLs by using these Azure Datacenter IPs

Update Azure VM Agent by following the steps here

Uninstall the Azure VM Snapshot Extension by following the steps here. The next backup will automatically install and load it.

I tried with all Required Actions but it still didn't work
