Hello Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue: BitLocker Recovery Key: If you have a Microsoft account, you can check if the recovery key is saved in your account. If you don’t have a Microsoft account or the key is not available, proceed to the next step. Clean Installation of Windows 11: You can create a bootable Windows 11 installation media on a USB drive and use it to reset your PC. This will erase all data on your PC, including the BitLocker encryption, and reinstall Windows 11. Here’s how to do it: Download the Windows 11 ISO file from the Microsoft website. Create a bootable USB drive using a tool like Rufus or the Windows USB/DVD Download Tool. Insert the USB drive into your PC and boot from it. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your PC. Disable Secure Sign-in: If the sign-in screen is not appearing, you can try disabling the Secure Sign-in option. Check Your Display/Monitor and Connections: Make sure your monitor is turned on and connected to a power source. Next, check the monitor is set to the right video source (like HDMI or DisplayPort) and ensure the cable is firmly connected to the monitor and your computer.
Cannot reset win11 Pro PC, I have the product key but cannot get past the sign on screen. I can get to the reset option, however it is asking for a bitlocker key and my device no longer shows up in Entra. Advice?

Cannot reset win11 Pro PC, I have the product key but cannot get past the sign on screen. I can get to the reset option, however it is asking for a bitlocker key and my device no longer shows up in Entra. I used the MS Install Assistant and reloaded windows 11 pro and was expecting the set up screen (language/country etc..) but it brought me back to the sign on screen. Advice?
