In you case 'Ford Otosan' is tenant, and you need to be added as an external user in the tenant to access the application FOLoginProxy.
To resolve this issue, you would need to contact the administrator of the 'Ford Otosan' tenant and request them to add your email as an external user in their Azure Active Directory.
If you have another Azure Active Directory user account which is provided by your organization, try signing out and signing back in with that account.
