Hello, Thank you for posting in Q&A forum. Here must be some configuration that disallow you to save the RDP and SMB credential. Please kindly do below check and see if it helps: A.Change Group Policy Settings: 1.Go to the GPO editor and navigate to Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Credentials Delegation. 2.Ensure that "Allow delegating saved credentials with NTLM-only server authentication" and "Allow delegating saved credentials" are both set to "Enabled." B.Replace the Credential: 1.Run WIN + S to open the search bar. 2.Type "Credential Manager" and open it. 3.Check the saved RDP credentials. 4.Run RDP and save the latest credential. 5.Open CMD window and run net use * /delete to clear SMB credential. 6.Reconnect to the network driver.
