It is possible to create a CSV file of every unique file, user, permission, and link on a given SharePoint site or OneDrive to understand how sharing is being used and if any files or folders are being shared with guests. Reference: Report on file and folder sharing in a SharePoint site.
However, there is no built-in feature to send this report to an email address regularly every day. You can search for if there are any third-party tools that meet your needs.
