Hello It seems like you’ve already tried a number of troubleshooting steps. Here are a few more suggestions that might help:   Reset Windows Update Components: This can be done by stopping the Windows Update service, deleting the temporary files it’s using, and then starting the service again. Here’s how to do it: Open Command Prompt as an administrator. Type net stop wuauserv and press Enter. Type net stop cryptSvc and press Enter. Type net stop bits and press Enter. Type net stop msiserver and press Enter. Type ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old and press Enter. Type ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old and press Enter. Type net start wuauserv and press Enter. Type net start cryptSvc and press Enter. Type net start bits and press Enter. Type net start msiserver and press Enter.   Disable Your Antivirus Temporarily: Sometimes, antivirus software can interfere with updates. Try disabling your antivirus software temporarily and then try to install the update again.   Use the Windows Update Assistant: If you’re still having trouble, you might want to try using the Windows Update Assistant to install the update.   Delete Files in SoftwareDistribution Folder: You can try deleting all files and folders in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution, then restart your computer and check for updates again.
