It appears that your endpoint may be stuck in a transitional state on the backend. To resolve this, I suggest submitting a feedback item with a screenshot of the error to the Azure ML service team. To do this, navigate to the endpoint page, click the smiley icon in the top right corner, and provide details of the issue. Select the "include screenshot" option and provide contact information for feedback. This will allow the team to address your request and contact you for further information.
