Does this issue occur with Excel desktop app or Excel for web?Please make sure the Excel file format is supported on mobile device.

Whether there are some graphic elements inserted into the file, such as shapes.

Excel on mobile devices has many, but not all the features of the desktop applications, such as running macros.

i solved the problem with some graphic objects by opening the file in google sheet, save it there then open it in excel. It was not possible to open the file directly in Excel, nor to turn off the graphics properties in a simple way via Excel.

The file may have some of the information built into it cleaned out by saving it on Google Sheets.
