The "Live chat avatar" that is currently in preview in Azure and it is not recommended for production workloads. However, Microsoft is actively working on improving and finalizing the feature, and it will be made generally available in the future.
When the "Live chat avatar" feature in Azure Speech Service becomes generally available, Microsoft will likely send out notifications to users who have expressed interest in the feature. You can also check the Azure Speech Service website and documentation periodically for updates on the availability of the feature.
