That is very disappointing to hear. I too have only Rupay card.

I have been trying to open Azure account with the my Rupay Debit card but seems like it does not applicable. why would they want just MasterCard and visa for that perspective. it seems like they think Indian cards are not good as other countries has. even pre-paid cards are also not applicable if someone from village like me want to create account in Azure you rejecting us with that much conditions. please take this matter seriously ! hoping that you are resolving that problems for cards types.
