How to set site scope external sharing settings when creating a site using the Microsoft Graph SDK C#?

I created some sites with Microsoft Graph SDK C# but I can not create a share link with anyone. User's image I know we can manage sites in the SharePoint admin center but I need to manage sites in Microsoft Graph SDK C# when creating a site. Please could you tell me how to set site scope external sharing settings so that I can share links with anyone using Microsoft Graph SDK C#?
