Unable to associate my MPN ID to verify publisher

I have been ask to certify Publisher verification in Azure for the Microsoft identity platform. It asks for the "Enter a MPN ID associated with your Partner Center developer account to verify a publisher.", which, after a lot of reading and head-scratching it possibly means Partner ID found under "Account settings >> Organisation Profile >> Identifiers". Is that assumption right? Different terminology to throw me off the scent, I guess. I seem to have two lines in here, but only one has a Partner ID. Not sure why I have two, or why it is a selection list, since it has no options as such.
The one with the Partner ID when I click on the "Seller ID" says "Editing permissions are available for Owners of the currently selected seller account. Learn more about the how to check the selected seller account.". But I only have one user as such. It's me And I have ALL permissions. Also, in the line, it lists me as the owner! So I wonder if this is a permission problem? Any guidance would be appreciated
