how can i split them to two columns ? These data are irregularly.

chinese and number, but different width and no space between them

Please try these steps:

1. Remove blanks from the first Column, select the Column- go to Home- Find & Select- Replace- enter " "in Find what: - Select Replace All:
   
2. For QQ Column, please try this formula: =MID(A2,MIN(FIND({0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9},A2&"0123456789")),2*LEN(A2)-LENB(A2))
   
3. For Name Column, please try this formula: =LEFT(A2,LEN(A2)-LEN(C2))
   
4. Copy and paste as Value for Name and QQ Columns and remove the first Column:
