Two weeks ago I exchanged my ihpne 12 for the iPhone 15 and automatically transferred applications. I deleted phone number 12 for my wife. When I started using the new iPhone and also on my notebook, the Microsoft business account started to have problems requesting approval from the Microsoft authenticator. When opening MS Autenticator on the iPhone 15 I discovered that the data from my personal and business accounts were no longer installed. I was able to recover the personal account, but the business account was unable to recover because the 2-factor protection requires a certain code to be entered into the MS Autheticator that was on the iPhone 12. As this is not possible if you have lost access to your business account and with it all access from email to Teams itself no longer works. When asking for help from Microsoft, a protocol was registered and I have been waiting for 2 weeks for contact from an internal engineer, the only professional who can solve my problem. THIS WAS 2 WEEKS AGO. WE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT A BACKYARD COMPANY, BUT THE LARGEST SOFTWARE COMPANY IN THE WORLD. WHAT KIND OF PAID CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES THIS COMPANY EXPECT TO RETURN TO THE CUSTOMER. NO MUCH CONNECTIONS ARE MADE TO THE COMMERCIAL BUSINESS AREA THE ONLY RESPONSE IS THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE TECHNICIAN HIMSELF AS ONLY HE CAN RESOLVE THE CASE
