Please help! Total AD Azure lockout

Dear Sir/Madame, Due to an error, our administrators locked everyone, including them selfs, out of the Microsoft environment since February 20th. This is another environment as the one I am registring this question from. We have logged a ticket but keep being send from support desk to support desk. Despite all good intentions, we are not yet confident that our problem is solved soon. Please help us gaining access to our environment as this is really starting to hurt our business.     In this kind of issue if you don't have a break Glass account unfortunately there is no solution from your side to do ,you must ask the help of microsoft support to unlock the situation:
