I am Facing Error I got Gethub Student Developer Pack when I am Accessing Azure free Account it Say you are not eligible for free Account kindly help me

Hi @mahira ali
As long as you're meeting the eligibility requirements for a Student account, then I believe the issue may lie in the process that verifies your academic status from your student email address. To determine if that indeed is the issue and get it resolve, you'll have to reach out to Azure support. Sign in to the Azure portal with the same school email address your GitHub Student Developer pack uses and create a billing support. User's image

My school did not provide me with a student email, so I used another email address to get my documentation approved for the GitHub Student Developer Pack. However, when I tried to open Azure with that email, it said I am not eligible. I have not provided any fake details during the documentation process. Additionally, I received the pack from GitHub, and I have proof of that. Can you please help me with this issue?

@mahira ali the best course of action is filing a billing support request so you can explain the situation to a support engineer. They are better equipped to resolve billing related issues such as sponsorship.
