I can not scheduling AZ-104 exam. "There was an issue scheduling your exam. Please try again later, or if the problem persists, contact support."

I am trying to book an exam via Pearson VUE, but I am getting the below error when I get to step 3 Schedule Exam.

"There was an issue scheduling your exam. Please try again later, or if the problem persists, contact support." I tried the below steps which didn't help.

  1. Try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito Microsoft Edge.
  2. Should the issue persist clear cache and cookies (steps here) Make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.
  3. Allow all third-party cookies through the browser settings.
  4. Try to schedule again. You can check the steps on this link: Register and schedule an exam | Microsoft Learn

How I can fix the problem?
