I can't schedule an exam with Pearson Vue. It says my Microsoft account does not exist?

I can't schedule an exam with Pearson Vue. It says my Microsoft account does not exist? When i click on "schedule with Pearson Vue" on the training page, I get a recognisable Microsoft login page. I enter my work email address and it says this account does not exist. This is the account I use to login to all Microsoft tools?
