Here are some possible solutions that you can try:
- Boot into Safe Mode. Safe Mode is a mode that only loads the essential components of Windows, and it can help you troubleshoot the problem. To boot into Safe Mode, select Advanced options > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart on the error screen. Then, press F4 to enter Safe Mode. If you can boot into Safe Mode, you can try to uninstall or delete any recent updates that may have caused the error. To do this, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > View update history > Uninstall updates. Then, look for the latest update you installed, right-click it, and choose Uninstall.
- Run the Startup Repair Tool. The Startup Repair Tool is a feature that can automatically fix some common boot problems. To run this tool, select Advanced options > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Repair on the error screen. You will need to log into your user account and then wait for the tool to finish.
