Azure PowerBI Embedded Capacity - How would I track individual user utilisation?

I am looking to set up an Azure A1 capacity for PowerBI embedded. We are taking the multi-tenant approach to embed for our customers. I was wondering if there is a way to track individual capacity utilisation for different workspaces/profiles that will be utilising the capacity? As well as this, is it possible to cap utilisation per workspace/profile? This is so we can ensure one customer isn't using up the whole capacity with a single report.

@Hamish Child Azure Power BI Embedded capacity is designed to be shared across workspaces within a capacity. However, tracking individual capacity utilization for different workspaces or profiles and setting specific caps per workspace is not a built-in feature in Power BI.You can monitor your capacity consumption using Microsoft Fabric Capacity Metrics App. In this app, you have an option to see the number of operations that are performed by each user.
