Hi Support, I just recovery the MCM server to a new server. The MCM server is healthy after recovery. But we found many schannel 36874 error when the clients start to connect the SCCM server. How to stop these errors? (We blocked the client connection during recovery, and resume connection after recovery. The error occurs once we allow the client connection) Any idea? Thanks

How exactly did you recover the server?

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Error ID 36874 - An TLS 1.2 connection request was received from a remote client application, but none of the cipher suites supported by the client application are supported by the server. The TLS connection request has failed.

Event ID 36871: A Fatal Error Occurred While Creating An SSL (client or server) Credential.

Perhaps, the errors appear because the version of client is lower and you need to update the SQL Server Native Client to fully support TLS 1.2. For more details, please refer to:

    Best regards, Simon
