Workflows are not displaying in the site settings > workflow settings (Workflow health). I am able to start them manually from the list and I can see them in SharePoint Designer. I'm not sure when they stopped displaying. We did change Edge from IE compatibility mode after the Edge update to version 121.0.2277.83 installed at the end of January. We're using: SharePoint 2016 on-premises Edge (not in IE compatibility mode) Also tried in Chrome.

In the site settings -> workflow settings, the page only shows site workflows. When you click Workflow Health, the page shows all workflows include list workflows in the site.

If the Workflow Health page does not show all workflow, please go to Central administration -> Monitoring -> Job Definitions -> Check Bulk workflow task processing, Workflow, Workflow Auto Cleanup and Workflow Failover timer jobs are running.

If the issue persists, republish workflows and clear browser cache, compare the result.
