Although project is created under EAST-US 2 , I have the same issue .

Hi, When I try to deploy Mistral Large in "pay as you go" model, I get the following error.
Cannot create marketplace subscription
UserError: Marketplace Subscription purchase eligibility check failed, error message [The Publisher: '000-000' does not make available Offer: 'mistral-ai-large-offer', Plan: 'mistral-large-2402-plan' in your Subscription/Azure account’s region: 'auto'. Correlation Id: '738bbce7-050b-41d2-a1e2-9ee8a74e3290'.].

The error message you received indicates that the publisher of the Mistral Large offer does not make it available in your Azure account's region. Pay-as-you-go model deployment offering is only available in workspaces created in East US 2 and France Central regions.
If you want to use the pay-as-you-go model for Mistral Large, you will need to create a new workspace in either the East US 2 or France Central region. Once you have created the workspace in the correct region, you should be able to deploy Mistral Large using the pay-as-you-go model.

2024-02-29T11:40:47.4+00:00 Thank you for your reply! I had already read this page and tested with workspaces in these two regions, however without success. If I even go through the "Serverless endpoints", the list mentions that the models are available (if I use the East US 2 or France workspaces, otherwise they are displayed as "not available"). Please check the image.
But even after I try to deploy it:
