Blind SQL Injection for SharePoint 2019 API call

IBM Appscan has detected Blind SQL Injection for SharePoint 2019 API call _api/navigation/MenuState However this is OOB API call and I am unsure how to resolve this! Can anyone point me out to the right direction? Regards, Shreyas
