New work item button does not work properly after installing milestones apps on teams

I installed Milestones app template on the team channel but the "+New work item" button does not work properly

Check Permissions: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to create work items. Sometimes, access restrictions can prevent certain actions. Verify that you have the appropriate permissions within your team and the app. Please refer to this document to grant users the appropriate permissions.

The Milestones app template might have undergone updates or changes since its initial release. Make sure you’re using the most recent version. Please try uninstalling the Milestones app in the channel and re-adding it.
