How do I add an existing user (already in directory) to and Azure SQL database?

I am in the directory for Microsoft account, but I cannot access the Azure SQL databases. I have global admin access, but cannot see the SQL databases. How do i go about accessing the databases?

Please follow the steps provided on this Microsoft Documentation. You need to add the Entra account as user on Azure SQL.
