Livy session creation timeout

when we try to run the notebook with very small dataset from parquet file , we are getting the "Livy Session creation time out" after 15 mins User's image

I am receiving the same thing in East US and East US 2 for the past several hours. We have created new Synapse instances and Spark pools to validate and see the same result.

@Ambaarish S PG has acknowledged the issue, and they are actively working on it. I will provide an update as soon as I hear something from them.
