Hello so I deleted my codes for Instagram off my Authenticator and I am now logged out Of Instagram so I am unable to get back in as it keeps asking me for codes and I can’t get any codes as the Instagram code is deleted.
Can someone please help me.

Estou com o mesmo problema. Já tentei entrar em contato com o suporte da Microsoft e do Instagram e até agora sem resposta ! 😭

Hello @Sarah Delaney , I think Instagram should've given you a recovery code which could help. If that's not the case or you don't longer have one then you need to contact instagram support.
