May I ask if you own this Azure Application gateway?
- If not, you should work with the 3rd party that actually serve you the traffic via App gateway.
- Because, only they will have access to the logs and configuration of the App gateway which is required for further troubleshooting.
Also, I see you have mentioned
- you are accessing a webpage and receiving a 403
- you are facing some issue with email
Azure App gateway is a server side proxy and will not be present in your client machine (laptop).
For Outlook related issues - this is not related to the App gateway.
- Please elaborate on where you see the 403 error message?
- Is this when you access a 3rd party website and this error message appears?
- Or somewhere else
- Please share a screenshot of the error message with the complete window please.
