Hello,

my Motherboard and CPU specs are the following:

Motherboard: ASUS WS X299 SAGE/10G CPU: Intel i9-9900X 3.5 GHz

BIOS is configured for Secure Boot and PTM (PTT) is enabled, however all my attempts to install Windows 11 have failed, the installer says that my system is incompatible. I have researched into the topic before trying to install and multiple sources, including Microsoft state that I should be able to do so.

I would appreciate any help.

Thank you

    Hello,

Here are some steps you can take if you are having trouble installing Windows 11 even though you have compatible hardware:

TPM & Secure Boot: Windows 11 requires TPM version 2.0 and Secure Boot capability. Make sure your system has TPM 2.0 and that it is enabled in the BIOS settings. Also, ensure that Secure Boot is enabled in the BIOS.

Update Drivers: Ensure all device drivers, especially graphics and chipset drivers, are updated to the latest versions.

Update BIOS: Make sure your system’s BIOS is updated to the latest version. You can check this on your system manufacturer’s website.

Check for Windows Updates: Ensure your current version of Windows is up to date. Sometimes, pending updates can cause issues with the installation of new software.

Disk Space: Ensure you have sufficient disk space for the installation. Windows 11 requires at least 64 GB of storage.

Use Windows 11 Installation Assistant: If you’re still having trouble, download and use the Windows 11 Installation Assistant from the official Microsoft website.

    Best Regards,
