If you receive these alerts on computers that have the listed SQL Server versions installed, we recommend that you work with your security team to implement exclusions for those computers as appropriate.
Don't uninstall any component that SQL Server installs as part of the standard setup and patching process.
I don’t think you can install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable as an alternative to the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable in SQL Server 2016.
Meanwhile, I found the mainstream support of SQL Server 2016 has ended in 2021. I recommend you update to the newer versions of SQL Server.
