SSDT (Viusal Studio) 2019 and previous version are 32 bit applications, while SSIS is a 64 bit service, so I guess you have only Oracle ODAC as 32 bit data provider installed, not as 64 bit; that's also what the error message associate. Install 64 bit as well or run the package in 32 bit mode.

My SSIS Package runs smoothly in SSDT but when I schedule it in SQL Server I encounter an error.

Seems my issue is only with connecting to oracle database, tried creating a package that integrates data to both sql server, and it works fine.
