How to reset password without access to authentication app ?

Question

Hi, I have reset my password but when trying to log in, I am asked a code from the Microsoft authentication app that I never receive. When I try to log in again in the authentication app, I am asked a code from... the authentication. I am in a never-ending loop. I can't use an alternative method such as texto on my phone. Any idea ? Thanks, Gab
