How to add users to access RDP on azure Virtual Machine?

I want to give more users access to the virtual machine via RDP. I am using a windows 10 pro virtual machine.

Please be informed that Win 10 pro does not support multi session now.

With WVD (Windows Virtual Desktop), you can set up a multi-session Windows 10 deployment that delivers a full Windows 10 with scalability. But the feature has some OS requirements. Currently, it only supports below OS versions.

Windows 10 Enterprise multi-session, version 1809 or later
Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1809 or later
Windows 7 Enterprise
Windows Server 2019
Windows Server 2016
Windows Server 2012 R2
