after resetting phone and installing authenticator app, my authentication for all apps are gone now i cant login instagram

hi, i am very upset with my instagram account, i used microsoft authetificator app with it, i reset my phone, install authenticator app again, and my authentication apps are gone, as i didnt knew its backup option that i have to turn it one, i dont know if it was off or on but now i lost all authentication, now i cant login to one of instagram account, i contacted facebook, we have call two times, they said that microsoft authenticator is 3rd party app and we cant help you with it, only microsoft can, so now i am here, please help me, or provide me back up codes which i used with instagram before
