    Hi @DP ,

    As far as I know, Exchange GAL does not sync to mobile phones natively. Supposing the users are using Outlook for mobile phone, as a workaround, you can advise them to manually adding the GAL contacts to the personal contact list via the Outlook desktop client using steps below:

    1. Open the Address Book within Outlook and select the Global Address List.
    2. Use the Shift key to select all contacts or click the first entry and hold the left mouse button to select all.
    3. Right-click and choose Add to Contacts.

    In this way, the users could be able to see these contacts in the personal contacts within Outlook for mobile.

    Additionally, I checked the official Microsoft feedback portal and noticed that there are already some similar feature requests there. I've added my votes there and I'll leave the link below in case you or others who see our discussion here wants to vote up or comment there as well. Hope this can be realized soon in the future.
