I need to input the 2 digit matching number on the Authenticator app to be able to access a group on Teams but I am not receiving the prompt to input the 2 digit code even though I’m receiving other prompts. I have important resources to access on that channel. Please help

I have the same problem, and just sending the link to the support isn’t helping at all. I mean do you really think that we didn’t go to the support page?

Now my problem is that I can’t acces my school e-mail and it’s terrible. I can’t enter in contact with you too. When Im trying to reconnect to my adress IN THE APP it’s giving me a code to enter in IN THE APP, but Im already in the app. That doesn’t make any sense. I need help and the only answer I can find is your link to your support page but I’ve already went through it and it didn’t help me. Please enter in contact with me or else I’m gonna fail my school year.

I have seen this with a couple different users in our organization and it is very frustrating to not be able to work.

Lets see a common sense fix to what is a very real issue. If you (Microsoft) can not get your authenticator to work, or cannot post a work around, please stop showing these two digit codes to be entered into authenticator.
